Rodney Lee
Rodney has over 30 years of consulting experience spanning public, not-for-profit, insurance, healthcare, retail, development, petroleum, alternative energy, education, and automotive sectors. He provides Spire a wealth of experience in brand, business, economic development, research, and strategy—encompassing local, national, and global organizations.
Prior to joining Spire, Rodney held leadership positions in various startups and firms, including: Bedrock Consulting (acquired by EY), Sopogy (a leading solar-energy technology startup), and Synaptiq LLC (a social think tank) among others.
Rodney serves as a Board Member for OWDB, Data and Technology committee chair. He is also a Mentor and Advisor for both Mana Up, a Hawai‘i-based manufacturing accelerator, and XLR8UH, a startup accelerator.

A strategist and marketer, Alain brings over 25 years of global business experience spanning more than 100 organizations—from startups to Fortune 10s—across 30+ industries and 125+ countries worldwide.
He’s serviced all kinds of brands over the years—corporate, divisional, product, ingredient, service, retail, place, government, nonprofit—in varying capacities, from business & brand strategy through to brand management and communications.
His (employment-based) career encompasses several companies (both agency and client side), including: Y&R (planning and account management), BAT (international brand management), Richemont, and Bedrock Consulting (acquired by EY), where he served as a director for five years. More recently, Alain was Chief Marketing Officer at ClearCove, a clean water technology startup company. And he served as Chief Strategy Officer at Flynn, a 55-year-old New York-based full-service advertising and marketing agency. He was also part of the founding team that launched the world’s first (publicly-traded) mobile app discovery technology company back in the late noughties.
